Citrulline Malate 2:1 (6g)

  • Each dose has 6g of Citrulline Malate 2:1 allowing for intense, long lasting muscle pumps

  • Research has shown that citrulline increases Nitric Oxide (N.O.) and blood arginine levels which can provide an elevation in protein synthesis (lean muscle growth), creatine synthesis, and a greater BCAA utilization by muscles during exercise.

Creatine Monohydrate (5g)

Creatine is found in the skeletal muscle and provides inorganic phosphate to resynthesize ATP during intense exercise. This means that as your muscles are working in short, intense bursts, the creatine phosphate that your body stores in the muscle cells donate a phosphate to the degraded ATP. Supplementing with creatine monohydrate ensures that your muscle cells are saturated with creatine phosphate and you are able to increase your endurance, strength and muscle mass.
