Q: Do you have samples?

A: Currently we do not have any samples available for our products. 

Q: Are your products banned substance free?

A: Yes, none of our products contain banned substances or any contaminant. Our products are safe and will never make you fail a drug test. (Be sure to check with your federation if you are competing in sports). Our products are made in a cGMP certified facility right here is the USA, guaranteeing that Hard Iron Labs products are top quality!

Q: Are your products manufactured in a cGMP certified facility?

A: Yes! Absolutely! This means our products are manufactured with the highest standards in the industry. Insuring your product contains no contaminates. You can fully trust that what we claim is in our products; is actually in our products.(unlike some of those other shady companies, if another companies products are not manufactured in a cGMP certified facility then you should not buy from them.)

Q: Where is my package

A: To check the status of your package, please refer to your tracking number, which can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

Q: How long does it take to ship or receive my order?

A: All orders are usually shipped in 24-48 hours. Packages normally take 2-5 business days to reach our domestic customers, and 2-4 weeks for international. 

Q: "I'm interested in becoming a wholesaler of your items, how do I do that?"

A: Please email us at info@hardironlabs.com with the products and quantity your are interested in and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Q: "I'm interested in becoming a sponsored athlete, how do I do that?"

A: Please do not contact us unless you are a serious and established athlete (At least 10k real natural followers) and fit our values as a company. If so we would love to hear from you. Please email us at info@hardironlabs.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Q: "Do you ship internationally?"

A: Yes, we ship to all countries. Please beware of your counties laws to make sure our products will get through your countries customs.

Q: "I received customs fees on my item(s) that I wasn't aware of."

A: On occasion we hear of customers being charged customs fees or other taxes. Please be aware of your countries laws as we are not. Sometimes customers refuse to pay their countries' fees and don't accept the package, if you do this and the item is not returned back to us, we will not be able to give you a refund on an item we were not receive back. If we receive the item back, you will get a refund on the items minus shipping costs of course.

Q: What is your return/refund policy?

A: We strive to provide the best customer service and make sure every customer is 100% satisfied! If you don't like your product for any reason just send it back for a full refund.
